Promo Codes

The GoBible, LLC will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our website. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, given to specific affiliate churches or distributors, or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary Rush Order processing. The provisions for each respective Promo Code are included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just refer to where you acquired the code for the exact requirements.

Sales tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore, all orders shipping within New York will be charged the applicable sales tax at 8.00% of the total price excluding shipping charge.

Processing time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. The GoBible, LLC does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Order status

The GoBible, LLC will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail. Your USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.

Cancellations of, or changes to, orders

You may request a cancellation/change of your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us at 1-866-GO-BIBLE during our business hours (EST: Mon-Fri 7:30am-10pm; Sat-Sun 9am-8pm) to cancel/change your order. If your account has already been charged, you will receive a credit back to your account within approximately 1-2 business days.
